Multisensor & Optical Measurement Systems
Flexibility is the key issue for multisensor technology. Flexibility in the world of metrology means having the freedom of choice between contact and optical measurement – with only one measuring system. A single system is therefore sufficient for the contact and optical measurement of all inspection features on a workpiece.

For the measurement of materials sensitive to the touch, the solution is optical measuring systems. They measure non-destructively and accurately. Thanks to a versatile range of optical measuring systems, we have the right solution for every measuring task.

HP-C-VE Vision Sensor

HP-C-VE is a camera for use on a CMM. The 2D light sensitive CCD and the integral LED illumination allow an area of the measured component to be illuminated and viewed. This gives the capability of optical measurement for large scale components.

Sensors for Optiv

The advantages of multisensor technology. Through the combination of contact and non-contact measuring sensors, Optiv measuring machines bundle the advantages of several sensors into a single multisensor system. It is now possible to carry out a wide range of different measuring tasks on a part using the sensor most suitable for each task – in one clamping operation and a single measurement process. Multisensor technology largely removes the need to invest in a host of different measuring machines. The modular design of the systems also leaves open all possibilities for future measuring tasks.
